Change is hard.  Change can be particularly difficult for seniors. Moving to a new home, preparing documents for end of life, and making healthcare decisions are challenging for the senior, the family and professionals.  This seminar will focus on tips to assist the professional with:

  • identifying resistance to change
  • implementing strategies to ease resistance
  • understanding why even positive change can cause extreme stress reactions

This interactive program will assist professionals in becoming more comfortable in working with and understanding resistant behaviors in their senior patients and clients.
