Description

Health and mental health professionals continue to encounter unchartered territory providing services to older adult clients and patients with the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19. How do we best serve an aging population during this challenging time?  How do we support their family caregivers? What resources are available to augment our services?  Join us for this interactive training to learn how to shift our approach to help older clients reach their therapeutic goals.

 

This course is suitable for beginning levels.  There is a discussion on current barriers facing employees and focusing methods to augment services and maintain relevant to clients’ needs. This program is appropriate for those new into the aging field or those not looking to learn new perspectives.
